So, I have medium red gold hair. I am NOT Gonna say my age but i am between 10-12. I piercing blue eyes. Normal high k, well i am a bit small. A bit overweight.
Last year, I went to sleep away camp. Worst time of my life, ok! I hated it, no friends at all. OK, yeah councils were really mean. Food yuck-o!
1. What should i stores should i shop at, has to be cheap and local and cute all the gals there wore designer clothes.
2. How can i make friends. (DONT Say Be Urself doesn’t really work, I tried)
3. What should i pack, name everything

Oh summer camp…good memories….
So first question–clothes. Try places like Forever 21, Charlotte Russe, Target, American Eagle, Etc. They keep up on the trends of designer clothes at MAJORLY cheaper prices! And also Marshalls, TJ Maxx, and Ross because all their clothes ARE designer–just cheaper!
Second–making friends. Yuppp, Imma say it. BE YOURSELF! Just try and be a more…OUTGOING…sort of self! Spark up a conversation–best way? Compliment the other girls! Chances are they are going to be just as nervous as you, so giving them a compliment makes them feel good about themselves, and want to be your friend:)
Third–everything to pack. I’ve only gone to church camp–and it was a mission camp, meaning we had to do hard labor everyday. But, just pack clothing (well, duh), plenty of your hygeine products (that’s CERTAINLY something you don’t want to run out of!), and digital camera with extra batteries and memory card (even if it isn’t perfect, you’ll want all the memories of camp!)

Hi! For cute cheap clothes, I usually shop at Aeropostale, Stitches, or American Eagle. For making friends, well you do have to be yourself, but try to talk to girls first, instead of hanging back and waiting for them to talk to you. Most likely, there must be some girls there who are feeling shy too, and they would also like somebody to talk to. Before I tell you a camping list, one more thing I used to do when I felt embarrased about my weight is to buy really large tshirts and tie them with a pony tail holder an tuck it into the shirt at my waist. Wearing baggy clothes uually makes you look smaller than wearing super tight clothes. And btw, I’m thinking this camp is going to be more than a night so I made this list or a 4 night camp.

-Some tshirts (one or two a day)
-2 pair of shirts
-A pair or two of jeans
-A pair of capris
-A pair of sweatpants
-Underwear/Bras
-Pajamas (2 pairs, a pair of thick ones and a pair of thin ones)
-Socks (6 pairs)
Bathroom Supplies:
-Toothbrush
-Toothpaste
-Hairbrushes
-Ponytail holders
-Feminine Supplies
-Makeup
-4 washclothes (one for each night)
-Soap
-Shampoo/Conditioner
-Face wash
Other:
-Bug spray
-Sunscreen
-Hat
-Aloe Vera.

hi, so i’ve been going to sleep-away camp for about 4 summers, well you should choose a sleep-away camp that you want to go to and that you will enjoy. Also you should bring old clothes that you don’t mind getting ruined, but also bring some nice clothes for events. To make friends you can try and find a common interest, i know that sounds stupid but it works… Also you should try and meet new people, talk to people and take chances. You should pack lots of clothes, bug spray, sunscreen, sheets, pillow cases etc. And just try to have as much fun as possible! It will only be as fun as you make it!
